Fat loss foods are an important part of any diet, Weight Watchers. But for the vast majority of people there, the food is food is food. Second Oatmeal. This is a very nutritious food that comes in different flavors and cooking methods (quick cooking or instant). Not only does oatmeal increase your metabolism by about 10%, so you burn fat faster, it's cheap and has lots of fiber and is good for the heart.

Third Nuts. Almonds, peanuts, name them. They are fat burning foods that keep you full all day.

4th Cheese, milk and yogurt. These foods are rich in calcium, which breaks down the fat cells and makes you lose weight. Not only that, it stimulates the metabolism and keeps insulin levels low, which results in preventing your body from storing fat.

10th Pork and beef. Yes! But we are talking about lean. These are great fat burner and it takes your body a lot of energy to protein in pork and beef to digest. Stay away from greasy parts, however.
